We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting activewear that you can move easily in. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety.

If you enrolled in a waitlist, it means that the class is full and you are waiting for someone to cancel their spot. If there’s a spot that gets available, you will receive an email or call to inform you that you have been added to the class.

We require at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel your class. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee or result in forfeiting your class credit. This helps us manage waitlists and offer spots to other clients

We have a 10 minute late policy after this time, you may not be able to join the class for safety reasons.
